AGA Montgomery Fall Seminar 2012

 

 

 

 

 

WELCOME to AGA Montgomery’s 25th Annual Fall Seminar: “Maintaining Integrity in Government Accounting.”

A terrific program has been developed with the topic of “Integrity” as the focal point for the benefit of all financial preparers and users.

We have strongly encouraged the seminar speakers to emphasize our theme while sharing current and relevant issues facing government financial managers and accountability professionals.  Topics will include:

-        GASB updates,

-        Tax fraud and identity theft,

-        GAO reporting requirements under the Antideficiency Act,

-        Internal controls,

-        Ethics, and more.

Please explore the website and read about our dynamic speakers.  The Community Service Committee will also be in action with a silent auction and canned food drive.  We are hoping this year’s program will exceed your expectations.

Seating is limited so please register early! 

The Alabama State Board of Accountancy has approved the seminar for 8 hours of CPE hours (3 A&A).  Certificates will be provided to participants.
